The intended cooperation focuses on local assembly, selected component sourcing, and business development, while core technology and system design remain with Sperry Marine.

• Compasses, heading sensors, steering systems, and autopilots designed for high reliability, redundancy, and fuel-efficient vessel control
• Lifecycle services such as system integration, commissioning, training, spares, and global fleet support for shipyards and vessel operators
