This business initiation trip to Singapore focuses on the civil security and defence technologies sector and is therefore supported by the Export Initiative for Civil Security and Defence Technologies. The Export Initiative for Civil Security and Defence Technologies has formed part of the Economic Affairs Ministry’s SME Foreign Market Entry Programme since 2015. The aim of the initiative is to boost the international competitiveness of the German civil security and defence industry by providing targeted backing for exports. The focus is on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) based in Germany.
