MHP is seeking long-term partnerships in Kenya with experienced medical distributors, sales partners, healthcare service providers, and public procurement organizations. The company is particularly interested in partners with strong knowledge of the surgical instruments market, established healthcare networks, and direct access to hospitals and healthcare decision-makers. Cooperation may include direct export and sales, representation towards healthcare customers, market intelligence sharing, and know-how transfer. MHP aims to jointly identify the most suitable products and surgical sets for the Kenyan market, develop an appropriate pricing strategy, and establish a market presence.

MHP Sterile Instruments, operating under the brands MHP Medical and MHP Instruments, manufactures and supplies sterile and reusable surgical instruments primarily to clinics and healthcare facilities in Germany and Europe.
The company provides both standard and customized surgical instruments, instrument sets, and related know -how regarding instrument usage and processing. As part of its international expansion strategy, MHP is exploring Kenya as its first commercial entry point into Africa and as a potential gateway to broader East African markets. Beyond its domestic potential, Kenya is viewed as a strategic gateway to the broader East African region due to its well -developed healthcare
sector, strong logistics infrastructure, and central role within the East African Community (EAC). Establishing a presence in Kenya would enable MHP not only to serve the growing demand for high-quality surgical instruments in the country but also to build a foundation for future expansion into neighboring markets across East Africa.
