Allogenetics is seeking investors, licensees, co-development partners, academic transplant centres, clinical research networks, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, as well as operational partners such as organ perfusion providers. The company is particularly interested in connecting with investors, know-how transfer, out-licensing opportunities, and long-term strategic partnerships to position its technology in the U.S. market. Strategic investors, selected big pharma companies, advanced therapy stakeholders and well-capitalized family offices with the capacity to participate in larger financing rounds are considered priority targets.

Allogenetics’ approach addresses rejection at its source: the molecules signaling incompatibility of donor and host, HLA
The company’s lead candidate for lung transplants, ALG-115, is designed to calibrate the level of HLA proteins displayed on the cell surface of the donor organ to reduce antigenicity, so that the recipient’s immune system does not recognize the organ as foreign, but still maintains immune protection of the organ
ALG-115 is delivered during organ perfusion, an established step in the transplant process, before the organ reaches the recipient
Allogenetics’ mission is to enable longer and healthier lives for transplant patients by fine-tuning the balance between immune tolerance and protection.
The company is advancing an ex vivo gene therapy designed as a one-time treatment to modify the donor organ. Allogenetics’ goal is to eliminate the need for lifelong immunosuppression and its challenges to improve graft survival and patient quality of life. Building on compelling proof-of-concept in animal models, the company will bring its novel organ-agnostic approach into human clinical trials, starting with lung grafts. By leveraging our immune-tolerance approach Allogenetics is building a new path toward addressing life-threatening conditions and the global organ shortage crisis.
