trAIDe GmbH and its project partner Aserto Negocios y Eventos carried out a very successful business initiation in the Colombian healthcare sector from September 3 to September 7, 2023. Eleven German companies from the healthcare industry met experts and representatives from the sector to establish business relationships. The event offered a comprehensive program ranging from briefings and presentations by high-ranking speakers to intensive B2B meetings. A total of 70 B2B meetings were held! Another highlight of the trip was the visit to the Pablo Tobón Uribe Hospital, which was named the best hospital on the entire continent by “American Economy Magazine” for the third time in a row. This provided valuable insights and promoted an intensive exchange of experiences between the German companies. The event not only helped to strengthen business relationships, but also provided insights into the attractive Colombian healthcare market. The project was carried out on behalf of the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK) and represents a significant project-related funding measure as part of the market development program for SMEs.
